Steadying a multi-level finance team through executive turnover and running the annual budget and planning-system implementation.

Where I have worked
My advisory practice began in early 2011 and has run alongside in-house and consulting roles since: finance and strategy leadership inside JM Family Enterprises, and consulting at Deloitte Consulting and PwC. Client names from advisory engagements are withheld; each engagement is described by the size and industry of the business instead.
Credentials
CFA charterholder and CPA, with an MBA. The credentials sit behind the work rather than in front of it: they are the reason the forecast, the close and the business case hold up under scrutiny.
How I work
Engagements are typically 3-12 months, on-site or hybrid. I separate what was delivered from what was identified, and I document the process so the function survives the handover rather than leaving with me.
