This website is published by CDB Advisory Services. By using the site you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

No advisory relationship

The site describes the kind of work the practice does. Reading it, or sending an enquiry through it, does not create a client relationship. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both sides.

The site is general information, not advice

Nothing here is accounting, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a recommendation for your situation. Every business is different. Please take proper advice before acting on anything you read on this site.

Engagement records and figures

The engagement records describe past work. Figures that were delivered and figures that were identified, projected or set out in a roadmap are labelled separately, and the distinction matters: an identified or projected figure is an assessment made at the time, not a realized result. Past outcomes depend on the circumstances of each business and are not a promise of similar outcomes elsewhere.

Testimonials

Testimonials are the personal views of the people who gave them, quoted as written and used with permission. They describe those individuals’ own experience and are not a guarantee of any particular result.

Client confidentiality

Clients are described by size, sector and scope of work rather than by name, unless a client has agreed in writing to be identified. Nothing on this site is intended to disclose confidential information belonging to any client.

Our content

The text, layout, logo and other material on this site belong to CDB Advisory Services or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own reference and to quote a short extract with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial parts of the site, or use the name or logo, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it or with the servers it runs on, do not try to gain access to areas that are not public, do not use automated tools to harvest content or contact details, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful.

Links to other organizations are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
